AIM, in partnership with Burnell Reports, conducted a global industry research report to develop insights on the growth, challenges, and opportunities of current and emerging technology innovations across multiple vertical markets.

This report is based on two online surveys of AIDC end users and industry professionals that were conducted from June through August 2022. The end user survey produced 248 respondents, which were drawn from a pool of customers, prospects and multiple relevant professional organization members contacts submitted by AIM, its member companies and association partners. A separate survey was conducted for professionals from AIDC industry companies, including respondents from AIDC product manufacturers, value added resellers (VARs), systems integrators, distributors, and related software developers. That survey produced 92 respondents.
