This International Symbology Specification defines the requirements for the symbology known as Datastrip 2D. It specifies the Datastrip 2D symbology characteristics, symbol capabilities, field definitions, graphical symbol structure, data character encoding, symbol formats, dimensions and print quality requirements, error correction rules, reference decoding algorithm, and user-selectable application parameters.
